Feeding Squirrels

While in Austin Texas for the RTX Video Game and Internet Culture event I stopped by the Texas State Capitol building to see if I could take a photograph every other photographer in Texas had already taken.

But, while doing that… The squirrels at the texas state capitol are pretty bold. They’ll eat out of your hand. I noticed a couple was trying to take a photo with their cell phone of this woman feeding a squirrel right out of her hand. I somehow managed to silently gesture to the struggling iPhone photographer and he nodded my approval to take a photograph of the scene.

I ended up snapping this photo, I had my card on me so I was able to send a copy to the model. 🙂
