This past September, my daughter and sister all got to go to the local mall, Rolling Oaks Mall, in San Antonio, Texas.  Rolling Oaks is one of those malls that’s seen a lot of changes over the years.  It’s not centrally located, so there was a time it got pretty run down and sparsely populated with shops.  Lately, it’s become one of those “weird malls,” and I’m here for it.  We need more weird malls.
