Architectural photography is one of the oldest schools. Photographers can’t help but love the lines made by man and nature. So every year or so I like to take the time to photograph good old San Fernando Cathedral in Downtown San Antonio. It’s easy taking photos of beautiful things. Half the work in already done for you and in many ways, it’s just up to you to capture it.
This series of images is very straightforward with little or no artistic interpretation on my part. I sought to present this beauty of the retablo as you might encounter it and experience it within the church yourself.
